HOME/EXOSPHERE ANCHOR SYSTEM
SPECIALTY LIFTING
TUFFBUILT

Anchor points
where none exist.

The Exosphere Anchor System by TuffBuilt is a mobile fall-protection anchor for lifting and rigging work where traditional anchoring is not possible: rooftops, uneven terrain, and sites with no overhead steel. A telescoping mast puts an OSHA-compliant anchor point up to 42 feet overhead, and the 4x4 drives itself to the work by remote.

Anchor capacity depends on the anchor package and setup. CLE confirms the right configuration for your site and crew size.
THE MACHINE

The 4x4, driven by remote.

MOBILITYSelf-propelled, all-terrain

CLE runs the 4x4 all-terrain Exosphere: a self-contained hydraulic unit, gasoline or propane powered, driven by wireless or wired remote. Skid-steer tires and four-wheel drive carry the anchor across rough ground, gravel, and open slab to wherever the crew ties off next.

  • Gasoline or propane power, no cords or charging
  • Driving, setup, and mast height all from the remote
  • Repositions in minutes as the work moves
SETUP + SAFETYLevel, extend, tie off

Hydraulic leveling jacks square the base, the 4-stage mast telescopes to the working height, and the crew ties off to an OSHA-compliant overhead anchor. Typical setup runs roughly 2 to 10 minutes.

  • Four emergency stops + audible alarm
  • Third-party tested to ANSI Z359.6
  • Familiarization at handoff, like every CLE machine
STANDARD EQUIPMENT · PT# 71291Foldable arms,
six locking positions

Every 4x4 package ships with foldable anchor arms: fold flat for transport, swing up and lock for work. No tools, no assembly at the site.

APPLICATIONS

Five ways to tie off.

Vertical entry.
Working over an edge.
Access to an elevated work surface with vertical entry from that surface.
Elevated work surface, access from one side.
Elevated work surface, access from both sides.

WHERE IT EARNS ITS KEEP

Fall protection that travels with the work.

Wherever your crew ties off today and somewhere else tomorrow, a mobile anchor beats scaffolding a fixed point. CLE pairs the Exosphere with its crane and lift fleet so the anchor plan and the lift plan arrive together.

Plan It Into Your Next Job
▪Rooftop + non-penetration workAnchor overhead without drilling the roof deck or membrane.
▪Sites with no overhead steelOpen slabs, yards, and staging areas where there is nothing to tie off to.
▪Aviation, rail, and large equipmentTie-off over movable assets that fixed anchors cannot follow.
▪Yards, laydown areas + stagingLoading, unloading, and assembly work at grade with no structure overhead.
▪Alongside a CLE crane rentalOne delivery brings the machine, the anchor, and familiarization on both.
