Pick-and-carry basics, glass handling, and how minipickers compare to forklifts.
A compact, battery-powered, self-propelled pick-and-carry crane. It can lift a load and travel with it without deploying outriggers: useful for warehouses, glazing projects, and indoor material handling.
A Mini Picker is built to carry suspended loads while traveling. A conventional Jekko mini crane stabilizes on outriggers and generally offers greater height, radius, and load-chart versatility.
No. Mini Pickers are designed for pick-and-carry work without stabilizers. Operators still stay within the approved capacity chart for the boom position and configuration.
Yes. Models like the MPK10.2 double as a glass-handling robot with an approved vacuum manipulator. Jekko lists the MPK10.2 at roughly 2,160 lbs maximum crane capacity.
Yes: battery powered, compact, and radio-remote controlled, they suit warehouses, manufacturing facilities, commercial interiors, and other controlled environments.
Depends on the job. A Mini Picker suspends and precisely positions a load; a forklift supports it from below. Mini Pickers shine when material can't be approached with forks or must be placed from above.
Material weight, dimensions, center of gravity, travel route, floor condition, doorway dimensions, and final placement position. Glass work also needs panel dimensions and the surface being gripped.
